NEET UG 2026 Result, OMR and Answer-Key Guide

The information bulletin did not assign a fixed result date. Monitor the official NTA portal and current public notices after completion of the re-examination process.

Bulletin process

What happens before result declaration

    NTA displays scanned OMR answer sheets and recorded responses through the official website.

  2. 2

    Candidates receive a time-limited opportunity to challenge OMR grading and the provisional answer key by paying the notified non-refundable processing fee.

  3. 3

    Subject experts review answer-key challenges. The final key is used for result preparation.

  4. 4

    NTA prepares the merit list and All India Rank under the applicable qualifying criteria.

  5. 5

    There is no provision for re-checking or re-evaluation after result declaration under the bulletin.

Result-day verification checklist

Use only the official NTA NEET website and your own candidate login.

Verify the candidate name, roll number, application number, category and percentile details.

Download and retain the scorecard and final answer key when released.

Do not treat qualification as a seat guarantee; admission depends on counselling rank, category, domicile, seat matrix and round.

For MCC seats, follow the official MCC schedule and registration instructions.

For state quota and private seats, use the designated state counselling authority.

The bulletin states that there is no re-checking or re-evaluation of answer sheets after declaration. Use the notified OMR and provisional-answer-key challenge windows when they open.
